In this role, you?ll leverage your expertise to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency within a legal environment.
- Designing, developing, testing and maintaining business applications in areas including document management, knowledge management and other legal solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft architecture, the MS O365 stack, and emerging Microsoft AI-based solutions.
- Migrating legacy systems to cloud based Microsoft architecture solutions, following best practices and standards.
- Collaborating with others to understand the requirements, design the solutions, implement the features, test the functionality and deploy the applications.
- Working with other members of the small team to improve software development practices and frameworks
- Supervising a junior developer.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 4 + years of experience in software development.
- Experience in Microsoft O365 stack products
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Syntex, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform also an advantage.
- Experience with workflow based solutions.
- Experience working with SQL (MSSQL) including basic database administration would be advantageous.
- Experience in the legal domain or other professional services areas an advantage.
- Experience supporting and migrating legacy systems an advantage.
- Experience with data Integration via SSIS or REST APIs an advantage.
