About the Role
We are seeking a skilledDevOps / Platform Engineerwith expertise inAWSandDockerto join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring system reliability, automation, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
- Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experienceas a DevOps or Platform Engineer, specializing in AWS and Docker.
- Strong expertise in AWS(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, etc.).
- Proficiency in containerization technologies(Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS).
- Experience with CI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency(Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation(Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Configuration management knowledge(Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
- Monitoring and logging expertise(Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skillsand ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administrator).
- Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, or Consul).
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and FaaS (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
- Previous experience in a high-scale production environment.
