IT Field Service / Installation Engineer - Grads
If you?re eager to kick-start your career in IT and want to grow in a dynamic and supportive setting, we want to hear from you! This role will require you to travel to client site, a company van is provided.
Daily Activities:
- Set up and maintain IT systems and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site and remotely.
- Help install and support network infrastructure like routers, switches, and cables.
- Work with senior engineers on new system setups and upgrades.
- Keep accurate records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance work.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
- Follow company policies to ensure everything meets IT standards.
Skills:
- An associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar, or relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Full drivers license
Nice to Have:
