What You?ll Do:
In this role, you?ll be the go-to person for streamlining operations, managing data workflows, and spotting problems before they surface. You?ll be involved across teams to ensure things are running efficiently ? and continuously improving.
What your day to day will look like:
- Identifying operational issues and implementing fast, effective solutions
- Analyzing data to uncover inefficiencies or risks
- Maintaining up-to-date internal dashboards and reports
- Supporting new client processes and technical onboarding workflows
- Helping ensure compliance standards are met efficiently
- Collaborating cross-functionally to keep projects on track and well-executed
- Continuously finding ways to optimize systems, costs, and outputs
Needed for the role:
- 1?3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or process improvement
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong with spreadsheets and internal tooling or dashboards
- Highly organized and proactive ? you drive projects without needing direction
- Strong communicator who can work across departments and timelines
- Comfortable adapting in dynamic, high-growth environments
Bonus points:
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or CRM/reporting systems
- Worked in an early-stage or rapidly scaling business
- Exposure to heavily regulated environments or compliance frameworks
