As aTechnical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of customer change requests and projects?on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards. You'll lead a small team of developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage change requests across multiple client projects
- Oversee resource allocation and timelines for change delivery
- Lead a team of 1?3 software developers, providing motivation, guidance, and performance support
- Monitor project milestones, escalate risks, and implement contingency plans as required
- Ensure all change requests are delivered within agreed timeframes and meet quality standards
- Manage monthly revenue targets through efficient delivery of change requests
- Prepare accurate monthly invoicing and documentation for all billable work
- Conduct performance reviews and support development of assigned team members
- Produce resource schedules and progress reports to align with project timelines
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers
- Draft detailed technical documentation, requirement specifications, and best practice guidelines
- Report regularly to the Technical Director on project status and team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum2+ years? experiencein a project management role within a software or technical environment
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Experience working with software development teams and third-party vendors is an advantage
- Strong understanding of resource planning and budget control
- Comfortable managing projects across multiple locations (desirable)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to foster team collaboration and drive accountability within project teams
