Senior UI/UX Designer ? Highly Regulated Industry
Location: Limerick
Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite

We?re seeking a Senior Designer to join a R&D team, creating innovative embedded user interfaces for hardware-based medical devices. You?ll shape end-to-end user experiences from concept through delivery, ensuring designs meet both regulatory requirements and real-world usability standards.
What You?ll Do
- Lead UI design for complex embedded medical device interfaces.
- Apply user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple programmes.
- Mentor and guide a growing UXD team (currently 4 designers).
- Create and deliver UI specifications, wireframes, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Axure and Figma.
Experience
- 7+ years in Interaction/UI/UX Design, ideally in medical devices or regulated industries.
- Experience with hardware and embedded products as well as digital platforms.
- Expertise in Axure and Figma, with strong portfolio of complex interface work.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate closely with developers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
