We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in either C# or Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and tests to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. They should be well-versed in test automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development:
- Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing applications.
- Write and execute automated test scripts in C# or Java.

Test Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test cases for automation.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Quality Assurance Practices:
- Ensure software meets quality standards through test coverage and bug identification.
- Analyze and debug test failures to provide insights to development teams.

Tool & Framework Integration:
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, NUnit, or similar.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Document test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
- Strong programming skills in either C# or Java.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.

- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.

CI/CD and Version Control:
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

API Testing:
- Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman or libraries like RestAssured.

Problem-Solving:
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for test failures and issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or JBehave.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and testing in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- ISTQB or other relevant certification in software testing.
