Business Analyst ? Zurich
We are working with a major Swiss company who are expanding their Business Analysis Team. For this positionFluent German is required (C Level).
Key Aspects for the role:
- Experience in the Insurance industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Financial or Sales Systems
- Right to work in Switzerland
- Jira experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
Your area of responsibility:
- You will be responsible for analysing requirements, creating technical specifications and mapping out business processes in the sales systems
- You will be responsible for technical coordination, support during implementation and creation of release bulletins and training materials
- You will be expected to collect test requirements, create test cases and ensure testing for the department
- You will actively support projects with a focus on requirements analysis & test management
- You will be the first point of contact regarding compensation processes for the departments
Your strengths:
- You have a completed degree in the field of computer science and/or economics or an equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years experience in the Business Analysis field and ideally in the Insurance/financial services industry or in provisioning
- T-SQL, UML and BPMN experience
- Fluent in German; any other national language is an advantage
