Content & Media Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Dn Laoghaire)
We are seeking a Content & Media Manager to lead the creation of engaging educational content. This role is perfect for someone with strong editorial skills and a passion for producing media that informs, inspires, and connects with a wide audience. From blogs and podcasts to video series, webinars, and guides, you?ll shape and deliver content that positions us as a trusted partner across multiple regions.
What you?ll do
- Lead the production of blogs, podcasts, YouTube videos, webinars, and guides.
- Manage multimedia projects: briefing, filming, and editing.
- Research, plan, and deliver editorial content such as exam-focused pieces, guides, and advice.
- Own publishing workflows across web, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content is impactful, accurate, and aligned to brand voice.
- Proofread, edit, and review content to maintain high editorial standards.
- Spot new opportunities by tracking curriculum changes, seasonal needs, and trending topics.
- Manage larger content projects that require multiple assets across different formats.
- Track content performance and audience feedback to refine strategy.
What you?ll bring
- Minimum 2+ years? experience in content or media production.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-format projects (blogs, podcasts, video, social media).
- A qualification in Journalism, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CMS platforms, YouTube publishing, and podcast tools.
- Knowledge of video workflows (briefing, filming, editing).
- Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with creativity and editorial judgment.
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence to present webinars or appear in video when needed.
