An award-winning Irish-owned technology company with a globally used product is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
This role is ideal for a people-focused leader with 3+ years? experience managing software teams, from any technical background, who enjoys building strong teams and delivering high-quality software at pace.
The Role
You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving delivery excellence while supporting career development through coaching and mentorship. You?ll play a key role in scaling the function, strengthening processes and tooling, and embedding AI-driven ways of working.
