The Role:
We?re looking for aFull Stack Developerto join our core engineering team (currently 4 people). You?ll be building scalable backend services, sleek front-end interfaces, and working directly on a product that?s transforming workflows and solving real-world problems. You'll also have a say in shaping the direction of the product and the team culture as we scale.
This is a hybrid role, with1?2 days of work-from-homeflexibility and an exciting opportunity to join at the ground floor of a startup primed for growth.
What You?ll Be Doing:
- Develop robustbackend servicesandREST APIs
- Build responsive, user-friendlyfront-end featuresusing Vue.js and Tailwind
- OptimizePostgresqueries and ensure high-performance data flow
- Write clean, well-tested code with Git and CI best practices
- Take fullownership of featuresfrom design through deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to create great experiences
What We?re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Solid foundation inobject-oriented programming(Laravel or PHP frameworks preferred)
- Strongfrontend experiencewith Vue.js
- Comfortable working withPostgresor similar relational databases
- Knowledge ofunit testingframeworks like PHPUnit
- High ownership mindset and strong team communication
Nice-to-Haves:
- 2?3 years in aSaaS startup or high-growth techenvironment
- Experience scaling APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and Agile teams
- An eye for UI/UX and user-centered design
Bonus Points:
- Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Active GitHub portfolio or side projects
- Interest in applyingGenerative AIto real-world use cases
