About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience of our enterprise SaaS platform. You?ll shape the product?s usability, visual language, and customer delight, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the UX strategy across the product.
- Lead research, design, prototyping, and user testing activities.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
What You?ll Bring:
- 10+ years in UX, with experience leading large-scale SaaS products.
- Expert with Figma or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showing UX strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and iterative design.
