QA Engineer
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester with 2-5 years of experience in web-based and API testing. You will be responsible for performing Functional and Non-Functional testing, including Integration, Exploratory, API, Performance, and Regression testing of our software products within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual Functional and Non-Functional testing, including Integration, Exploratory, Performance, and Regression testing.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 2-5 years in manual testing, including web-based and API testing.
- Skills: Experience with Functional, Non-Functional, and API testing. Familiarity with test management tools like Jira.
- Agile Experience: Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
- ISTQB or similar certification is advantageous.
