About the Role
We?re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to play a pivotal role in driving agility, delivery excellence, and innovation across multiple development teams. Based in our Dublin office three days per week, you?ll be instrumental in coaching teams, enhancing agile practices, and championing delivery of AI-enabled software solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Team Enablement
- Mentor several agile teams in tailoring and applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle for high-impact software initiatives.
AI-Driven Innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI and machine learning features into product plans.
Stakeholder Alignment & Change Facilitation
- Serve as a trusted bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Agile Practice & Operational Excellence
- Lead all agile ceremonies, ensuring they are purposeful and impactful.
- Drive the consistent use of agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) across teams.
What You?ll Bring
- 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead role within software development.
- Certified in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Demonstrated success managing multiple agile teams and launching complex software products.
- Experience working in a product-led setup with close collaboration across product, design, and engineering.
- Familiarity with incorporating AI/ML into digital products or workflows.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills ? with a talent for conflict resolution.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools and knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based development.
- Technical background or project management experience in a software environment is advantageous.
