Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Software Development along with hands-on experience in Elasticsearch, databases, and cloud technologies.This role is based in Ireland, you must be living in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for efficient search capabilities.
- Work with databases including SQL and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in software development.
- Experience across .Net, Python or other OOP
- Strong experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with databases: Elasticsearch, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based applications.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced Agile development team.
