Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilledTechnical Product Owner / Managerto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software development background who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You?ll play a key role in defining product direction, facilitating collaboration, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular stakeholder meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical and non-technical teams.
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user and stakeholder input.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experienceas a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical or software development environment.
- Strong background insoftware development(hands-on experience is a significant plus).
- Excellent interpersonal andrelationship-building skills, especially with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Outstandingcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience infacilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning team priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.
Additional Requirements:
- Must bebased in Irelandand legally authorized to work in the country.
- Comfortable working in aremote-first environment.
